Capitalized terms used but not defined in these SMS Terms, including without limitation Community, Resident and Administrator, have the meanings given in the MyWatchtower Terms of Service & End User License Agreement (the "Terms of Service").
1. Consent and Program Description

2. Entry-Request Messages
2.1 Entry-Request Notifications. Where your Community uses the Platform, you may receive entry-request notifications, in the form of a text message, a push notification to the MyWatchtower application, or an audio or video call through MWT Connect, at the numbers and devices you register when you enroll. These messages are transactional, consisting of an entry request and its outcome, and are not marketing.
2.2 Consent by Registration. By registering a number, you consent to receive entry-request notifications at that number, including without limitation automated or artificial-voice calls that the Platform's automated assistant places for an entry request once that feature is in service.
2.3 Automated Assistant. The automated assistant is a planned feature that is not yet in service. Once it is in service, it will state at the start of each call that it is automated.
2.4 MWT Connect. MWT Connect is the Platform's entry-request communication feature. It is not a telephone service, it is not connected to 911, and it cannot reach 911. In an emergency, call 911 from your own telephone.
3. Providing Your Telephone Number

3.3 Reassigned Numbers. If a number you provided or registered is reassigned, changes or is no longer yours, you must promptly notify JEKA, through the contact methods in Section 11, or your Community's Administrator.
4. Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies based on your activity, conversations and account settings, and entry-request messages are sent when a visitor requests entry to your Community. JEKA does not charge for text messages, but your mobile provider's standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for information about your plan.

JEKA honors a revocation within 10 business days of receiving it, in accordance with 47 C.F.R. § 64.1200(a)(10).
5.3 Confirmation. After you opt out, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
