Incident Reporting gives community staff a single place to record, track, and review incidents — from a maintenance issue to a resident complaint. This guide is for community staff and admins. Residents do not use the Reporting section.
Incident Reporting is enabled per community. If it is turned on for yours and you have reporting permissions, you will see Reporting in the navigation menu with three tabs:
Each incident is filed under a category and describes what happened, with photos and attachments and a location on the community map to make the record complete. An incident's status is tracked from filing through close, and a closed incident can be reopened if the issue comes back.
If you work with incidents across more than one community, see Incidents Across a Community Group.
Access requires the community's Incident Reporting feature to be enabled plus incident read permissions on your account. If you believe you should have access and do not see the Reporting menu item, ask your community admin to check your permissions.
Use the Contact Support form in the app, or contact your community's management office.
