Where to read JEKA's policies
The current published version of every JEKA Software policy is at portal.jekasoftware.com/policies. You do not need an account. Each policy has its own page: the MyWatchtower Terms of Service, the Platform Privacy Notice, the Acceptable Use Policy, the SMS Terms, the Cookie Policy, the Disclaimer, the Sub-processor List, the MyWatchtower Warranty Policy, and the website terms and privacy policy for jekasoftware.com.
What you will see
The index lists each policy with its version and in force. A policy's page opens with the version and the date it took effect — for example *Version 1.10 — in force since September 24, 2026* — followed by the full text. Links at the foot of every page take you to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Notice.
Several policies moved to new versions in September 2026 as the agreements they belong to were rewritten in plain language. The page always shows the version in force; a version you accepted inside a JEKA application is recorded there.
Two pages that are read, not accepted
The Sub-processor List and the Warranty Policy are published for reference. They are not part of the set a user is asked to accept in the app.
If the pages are unavailable
If a page says the policy pages are temporarily unavailable, write to legal@jekasoftware.com for a copy of any policy. The same address answers questions about the policies.
