Contacting JEKA
Here's how to reach JEKA Software, and which channel to use for what. Whether you're a resident with an app question, community staff running a gate, or a manager with a billing query, one of the channels below will get you to the right person.
Support hours
The hours are posted on the support page at [portal.jekasoftware.com/support](https://portal.jekasoftware.com/support) and read:
- Email and knowledge base: 24/7.
- Live support: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern time.
- Urgent platform issues: 24/7.
- For a life-safety emergency, call 911.
After hours, report an urgent platform issue with a ticket or by email to support@jekasoftware.com.
Support portal
The fastest path for product questions and technical issues is the support portal at [portal.jekasoftware.com/support](https://portal.jekasoftware.com/support). Browse the knowledge base for MyWatchtower and Horizon, or submit a ticket — no account needed, just your email address. You'll get a confirmation with a [JEKA-####] reference; reply to that email to continue the conversation. See "How to Submit a Help Desk Ticket" for the full walkthrough.
- Support — [support@jekasoftware.com](mailto:support@jekasoftware.com) for technical and account help. Emailing this address opens a ticket the same way the portal form does.
- Billing — [billing@jekasoftware.com](mailto:billing@jekasoftware.com) for invoices and subscription questions.
- Legal — [legal@jekasoftware.com](mailto:legal@jekasoftware.com) for legal notices and requests.
Phone
- (813) 939-7813 — during live support hours, Monday through Friday.
Phone is best for time-sensitive questions during live support hours. Outside them, the portal and email are the way to reach us; tickets are queued and answered in order, and every reply lands in the same email thread so nothing gets lost.

Tips for a fast answer
- Include the product name (MyWatchtower or Horizon) and, for MyWatchtower issues, the username you sign in with and your community name.
- Describe what you were doing, what you expected, and what actually happened — screenshots help, but blur out personal details first.
- Keep one issue per ticket, and reply within the existing [JEKA-####] thread rather than starting a new one.
- If your issue is urgent and affects gate operations at your community, also alert your community admin or gate supervisor directly — they can often act immediately while our team investigates.
