Incident reporting is a per-community feature: the Reporting module doesn't exist in your community until you enable it. This guide covers the toggle, the incident categories staff file under, and who sees the module once it's on.
Every incident is filed under a category, and the categories are yours to maintain:
Keep the list short and unambiguous — incident reports can be filtered by category, so clean categories make for useful reports.
Once enabled, Reporting appears in the left navigation — with its Dashboard, Incidents, and Report History tabs — for staff whose role includes incident permissions. Report History additionally requires incident-report permissions. Enablement and role permissions work together: turning the feature on shows nothing to a role without incident permissions, and granting the permissions shows nothing while the feature is off.
Use the Contact Support form in the app, or contact your community's management office.
