Every person record in MyWatchtower — users, residents, guests, and vendors — can carry a profile photo. Photos take the place of the lettered placeholder avatars, and they follow the person wherever their record appears, so gate staff can put a face to the record they're processing.
Everyone can manage the photo on their own account. Open your Account settings, go to the personal details section, and use the photo controls there to upload, replace, or remove your photo.
Every person-creation flow includes an optional photo, so a record can start complete:
Attach the photo as you fill in the person's details, and it's saved with the new record.
Open the person's record — the edit dialogs and detail pages for users, residents, guests, and vendors include photo controls to upload a photo, replace the current one, or remove it.
Gate staff can also upload a visitor's photo directly from the Mission Control entry panel while recording an entry.
If a person has no photo on file, their first kiosk entry can supply one: the snapshot captured when their credential is scanned at the gate is used as their profile photo, so later entries show their photo on the Access Granted screen.
Managing your own account photo is available to everyone. Adding or changing photos on other people's records is controlled by a photo-management permission on your role, which can be granted at community or property scope. If you don't see photo controls where you expect them, ask your community admin to check your role.
Use the Contact Support form in the app, or contact your community's management office.
