Where to read JEKA's policies

The current published version of every JEKA Software policy is at portal.jekasoftware.com/policies. You do not need an account. Each policy has its own page; for example, the MyWatchtower Terms of Service, the Platform Privacy Notice, the Acceptable Use Policy, the SMS Terms, the Cookie Policy, and the website terms and privacy policy for jekasoftware.com.

What you will see

The index lists each policy with Version <n> · in force. A policy's page opens with the version and the date it took effect — *Version 1.7 — in force since September 7, 2026* — followed by the full text. Links at the foot of every page take you to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Notice.

If the pages are unavailable

If a page says the policy pages are temporarily unavailable, write to legal@jekasoftware.com for a copy of any policy. The same address answers questions about the policies.
