Use the Appearance section of your account to choose the light theme or the dark theme. The change applies at once, and MyWatchtower keeps it on the device that you use.
Open Appearance
- On a phone, tap Account in the bottom navigation bar. You can also tap your avatar at the top of the screen, then tap Account. The Account settings list opens. The Appearance row shows the theme that you use: Light or Dark. Tap the row.
- On a computer, select My account at the bottom of the left navigation. If the navigation is collapsed, this button shows only your avatar. If the window is short, select the ⋮ (More actions) button at the bottom of the navigation, then select Account. Then select the Appearance tab at the top of the page.
Choose a theme
The Theme card tells you that the choice applies immediately and that this device remembers it. The card has two options, Light and Dark. Each option shows a small preview of the app in that theme.
1. Select the option that you want. You can select anywhere on its preview.
2. The app changes to the new theme at once. You do not have to save.
A Current chip and a blue border mark the theme that you use.
Good to know
- MyWatchtower has two themes, Light and Dark. It does not follow the theme setting of your device. Until you choose a theme, the app uses Light.
- MyWatchtower keeps your choice in this browser or in this app on this device. Your account does not keep it. If you use MyWatchtower on a phone and on a computer, choose the theme on each one.
- Your choice stays when you sign out.
