Editing or Removing a Guest

Guests change plans — stays get extended, service providers switch schedules, and some visitors shouldn't come back. Everything you can do to an existing guest or vendor lives on your Property page, under the Guests or Vendors tab. Use the search box there to find someone by name.

Editing details or access

Open the person from the list to make changes, then select Save. You can update:

You can also create a QR code for an existing guest or vendor from their page — see "How to Create a QR Code for Your Guest."

Restricting a guest

To deny someone entry rather than just letting their dates lapse, mark them Restricted from their edit page — they move to your property's Restricted tab, appear with a deny indicator, and are refused at the gate. For the full picture, see "Managing Restricted Guests and Vendors" and "How to Restrict a Visitor in MyWatchtower."

Deleting a guest

Once deleted, they no longer appear on your list and can no longer be admitted under your property.

Restrict or delete? Deleting simply takes someone off your list; restricting actively flags them to gate staff as denied. Use restriction when the person should be turned away, not just forgotten.
