The Guests and Vendors tabs on your Property page are where you add, review, and remove the people and businesses allowed to enter your community. Guests are personal visitors — friends and relatives. Vendors are businesses and delivery services. Both are managed the same way, so this guide covers them together.
You'll see everyone assigned to your property. Use the search box to find someone by name.
Guests and vendors are either temporary (access between a start and end date) or permanent (ongoing, with no start or end date) — see Making a Guest or Vendor Permanent. You can also give them an entry schedule of allowed days and hours — see Setting a Guest's Entry Schedule.
Adding runs through a single creation wizard — the same flow from the dashboard's Add Guest tile or the create button on the Guests/Vendors tab — see Inviting a Guest for the steps. When adding a vendor, existing vendor names are suggested as you type. Depending on your permissions, the wizard also offers an optional photo upload — see Photos below.
To update someone's details, dates, schedule, vehicle, notes, or photo, see Editing or Removing a Guest.
Guests and vendors can carry a photo, shown in place of the automatically generated initials wherever they appear. You can attach a photo while creating them in the wizard, or add, replace, or remove one later from their page. Photo management is permission-based — if you don't see the option, your role doesn't include it. Photos are JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, or HEIC files up to 5 MB, with one photo per person (uploading a new one replaces it). A photo helps gate staff confirm that the arriving person matches the record.
To block someone from entering, use the Restricted tab — see the "Managing Restricted Guests and Vendors" article. Restricted people appear with a deny indicator and are refused at the gate.
To take someone off your list so they can no longer be admitted, see Editing or Removing a Guest.
If you don't see QR code or PIN options, those features may be turned off for your community — contact your community's management office.
