When a property changes hands — a sale, a move-out, a full turnover — staff can reset it rather than dismantling it piece by piece. A reset clears the people and records attached to the property so it can start over, while the property record itself stays in the community.
Reset is a staff action, available from the property's page.
A reset clears the people and records attached to the property. People removed this way lose the entry credentials they held through the property, and access issued through your community's access control provider is cleaned up as part of the reset.
Before the reset runs, MyWatchtower shows a warning that names exactly who will lose entry credentials. Read that list before confirming — it tells you, person by person, what the reset will take out of service.
Reset is for wholesale turnover. For smaller changes, edit the property instead:
See "Managing Your Property" for the property page and its tabs.
Use the Contact Support form in the app, or contact your community's management office.
