Sharing and Downloading a QR Code

An entry QR code only helps once it's in the right hands — on your guest's phone, or displayed on your own. This article covers finding a code, sending it to your visitor, and showing it at the gate.

Displaying your own code at the gate

When you display one of your own codes full-screen from the wallet, the app automatically raises your screen brightness so the code scans reliably.

Codes disappear from the list on their own

Spent one-time codes and deleted codes are hidden automatically, so the lists only show codes that still work. If a code you expect to see is gone, it has either been used up or deleted.

To revoke a code yourself, select the trash can icon next to it and confirm — the code stops working for entry immediately, and the guest or vendor profile it belonged to is not affected. See "Managing QR Codes" for the full management guide.
