Residents see the QR codes for their own property; staff with QR permissions can see every entry QR code in the community. This guide covers that community-wide view, the printable gate poster, and the community setting that caps daily use of unlimited codes. For creating and sharing individual codes, see "Managing QR Codes".
Open the Access module and choose the QR Codes tab. It lists the community's entry QR codes across all properties, so staff can find and manage any code from one place. Deleting a code here works the same way as anywhere else: once deleted, the code no longer works for entry.
A QR code only works in the community it was created for — a code from one community is refused when scanned in another.
The Access module also includes a printable community QR poster — this carries the code visitors use at an unstaffed gate. Print the poster and display it at the gate.
Entry QR codes can be one-time, limited, or unlimited use. For unlimited codes, the community sets a daily maximum so a single code can't be used an unbounded number of times in one day:
To change it, see Enable QR Codes and Set the Daily Cap.
QR codes are enabled per community. If you don't see the QR Codes tab in the Access module, either QR codes are turned off for your community or your role lacks QR permissions — see "Access Module Overview" for how the Access tabs are gated.
Use the Contact Support form in the app, or contact your community's management office.
