The Analytics view shows entry trends and gate cost for your community as interactive charts, helping you understand traffic patterns and plan staffing and budgets. This guide is for community staff and admins with reporting permissions; residents do not see Analytics.
Note that this is different from two similarly named areas: camera analytics (under Cameras) and Incident Reporting. This Analytics view is about entry activity and cost, drawn from your community's entry records.
If you do not see the Analytics option, ask your community admin to check that your account has report permissions.
Analytics is built from a catalogue of metrics, each presented as a chart. The core views cover:
For each chart you can switch between totals and daily averages, so you can compare a busy month in absolute numbers or normalize it per day.
Analytics views are URL-shareable: the filters and time window you have applied are captured in the page address. Copy the URL from your browser and send it to a colleague — anyone with reporting permissions in your community will open the same view you configured. This is handy for recurring board reports or staffing discussions.
If a chart looks wrong or you have questions about a metric, submit a ticket through the Contact Support form in the app. For permission changes, contact your community admin.
