The Community module collects data across every property in your community — unlike the Property module, which focuses on a single address. Select Community in the left navigation to open it. Seven tabs appear across the top, each gated by its own read permission: Properties, Residents, Guests, Vendors, Restricted, Vehicles, and Entries.
If your community is part of a community group, these lists can span every member community you can view; each row then carries a pill naming its sub-community, and create dialogs add a community selector.
Every address in the community, searchable by street name or number. Selecting a property opens its full Property page. Staff with the right permission can add new addresses with Create property.
A combined list of the community's users (people with accounts) and residents (property occupant records without accounts). Use the Filter to show All, Users, or Residents. Rows carry helpful badges: a USER or RESIDENT chip, plus glyphs marking anyone with an active PIN code or active QR code. Selecting a row opens the person's detail page with their property, entry history, and audit history.
Community-wide lists of every guest and vendor registered by any property. Search by name, open a record for its details, or create a new one — creation runs through the unified creation wizard (Details, then Access, including optional entry schedules, QR codes, and PINs). Register people under their full legal name so gate staff can find them.
Everyone barred from entry — the list mixes restricted guests and restricted vendors. Staff can restrict a visitor community-wide ("globally"), denying them entry regardless of which property they claim to be visiting, and can filter to globally-restricted records. Document the reason for every restriction.
All vehicles registered across the community, with detail pages linking to the people and credentials attached to each vehicle.
