The Access module is where staff manage accounts, approve property requests, and run the community's physical access control. Select Access in the left navigation. Up to nine tabs appear, each gated by permission and, for hardware features, by whether the community uses Brivo, HID, QR codes, or kiosk PINs: User List, Property Requests, Credentials, Groups, Schedules, Access Levels, QR Codes, PINs, and Audit Logs.
A searchable list of every user in the community, filterable by role. The default community roles are Super Admin (JEKA staff only), Admin, Supervisor, Gate Attendant, Resident, and Pending Resident, plus any custom roles your community builds. Create User opens a dialog for staff or resident accounts; the default flow sends an email invite (an Invite Pending chip marks accounts that haven't accepted yet, with a resend action). You can only assign roles below your own, and only JEKA staff can grant Super Admin. Editing a user also manages their property assignments with the property roles Owner, Manager, and Resident.
The queue of residents asking to be attached to an address — joining a community works through address search and property requests, not invite codes. Pending requests show Approve and Deny actions (a denial requires a written reason), and each request carries the requester's details and any uploaded proof documents. Approved requesters are automatically added to the property's contact priority list.
Every Brivo or HID credential issued in the community, in one consolidated view — who holds it, the property it opens, its format, whether it's active, suspended, or unassigned, and a TEMP/PERM validity label. New credentials are issued through the credential wizard; existing ones can be assigned, reassigned, unassigned, edited, suspended, or deleted — the same actions on both providers. See "Managing Access Credentials" for details.
Both organize access points into named sets with schedules; which tab you see depends on your provider. Groups (Brivo) hold people — members gain access to the group's doors. Access Levels (HID) are held by individual credentials. Each detail page pairs a member/credential list with the set's access points and their schedules.
Time-based access windows shared by both providers. Create schedules from presets (24/7, Business Hours) or per-day time blocks, including a Holiday day type. Provider-managed System schedules are read-only, and a schedule still in use by a group or access level can't be deleted.
A record of actions across the community — creations, updates, deletions, approvals, and denials — searchable by keyword with a date range (Last 7 Days by default; custom ranges up to 30 days). Each log entry opens a detail view with a field-by-field comparison of previous and new values.
