Communities with entry kiosks can let visitors type a PIN code on the kiosk keypad. Residents manage their own guest and property PINs — see "Using Kiosk PIN Codes" for that side. Staff manage PIN codes for the whole community from the PINs tab of the Access module, and that staff view is what this guide covers, including community-wide PINs for emergency services.
The PINs tab appears when kiosk PIN codes are enabled for your community (see Enable Kiosk PIN Codes) and your role includes PIN permissions.

When creating a PIN you can let MyWatchtower generate a random code or enter a custom one. Custom codes must meet the minimum length your community has set in its community settings (see Enable Kiosk PIN Codes), and every PIN must be unique within the community — if a code is already taken, you'll be asked for a different one.
The PIN list never displays the digits themselves. Open a PIN's edit dialog to reveal the code when you need to share it, or to change it to a new one.
Deleting a PIN stops it working immediately — the next attempt with that code at a kiosk is refused. Delete a PIN as soon as it should no longer admit anyone.
An emergency PIN is a community-wide code for emergency services. It differs from a standard PIN in several ways:
Creating and managing emergency PINs is controlled by its own permission, separate from standard PIN permissions.
