Communities with unstaffed gates or entry kiosks can allow entry with a PIN code typed on the kiosk keypad. You can give a guest or vendor their own personal PIN right in the creation wizard. This article covers that personal PIN; for the shared code for your whole property, see "Property PIN vs. Personal PIN."
PIN codes are enabled by your community's management. If you don't see the option described here, contact your community's management office.
Custom PINs are 4–12 digits (your community sets the minimum length), and each PIN must be unique within your community — if a code is already taken you'll be asked to try a different one.
MyWatchtower doesn't message your guest for you — share the PIN with them directly, for example by text message. Your own PIN codes also appear in the PIN CODES section of your wallet, labeled Personal or Property.
Repeated wrong attempts temporarily lock the keypad for about a minute, so make sure your visitor has the exact code.
