Communities with entry kiosks can let visitors type a PIN code on the kiosk keypad — but only after PINs are enabled in the community settings. This guide covers the two PIN toggles and the minimum-length slider.
With kiosk PINs enabled:
With property-wide PINs also enabled, the Property page gains a PIN tab with the Property Kiosk PIN card and a PIN usage history.
Staff-side, the PINs tab of the Access module appears for roles with PIN permissions — that's where community-wide and emergency PINs are managed.
The kiosk main screen offers a PIN entry card; visitors type their code on the keypad and, when the PIN is valid, the kiosk shows Access Granted and the gate opens.
Custom PINs must meet the minimum length you set here, and every PIN must be unique within the community. Emergency PINs are the exception — the community minimum does not apply to them.
