MyWatchtower is JEKA's visitor management platform, designed specifically for gated communities. It brings guest registration, rules-based entry processing, and complete entry records together in one system — for residents, community staff, and boards alike. Residents pre-register their guests and vendors, set access dates and day-of-week schedules, register vehicles, and create entry QR codes and kiosk PINs — all from the web or the mobile app. When a visitor arrives, the community's configured rules do the rest, and residents can receive email or push notifications about arrivals at their property.
