Using Your Resident Dashboard

Your MyWatchtower dashboard is the home base for managing guests, vendors, vehicles, entry codes, and entry activity at your property. This guide walks through each part of the dashboard on the website and in the mobile app.

The welcome area

At the top of the dashboard you'll see a welcome panel with your name and your community's name. On mobile, your properties appear as a swipeable strip inside this panel; on desktop, a My Properties section lists them lower on the page. If you have more than one property, select a property to work with it.

Quick action tiles

Two tiles sit near the top of the dashboard:

If you don't see the Generate QR tile, your community has QR codes turned off — contact your community's management office.

Community messages

When your community's management posts a Message of the Day, it appears as a banner on your dashboard and stays there until staff change or disable it.

My Wallet and My Doors

These widgets only appear when your community has the matching features enabled.

Latest Entry Activity

This list shows the most recent entries at your property — who entered and when. Select View all to open your property's full entry log.

Navigation

Desktop: the navigation menu on the left includes Dashboard and Property, plus footer buttons for the Help Center, Notifications, My Account, and Log Out.

Mobile app: residents get a bottom navigation bar with five items:

If you have no property yet

If your account isn't linked to a property in the community, the dashboard shows a property request panel instead. Submit a request with your address, upload any documents your community asks for, and track its status from the same place until staff approve it.
