Your property's details — its address, whether it's occupied, and the notes attached to it — live on the Property tab of your Property page. This guide covers editing those three sections. For a tour of the whole page, see *Managing Your Property*.
If you have multiple properties, use the selector at the top to switch. The Property tab is the default tab.
Your street, city, state, and zip. Select Edit to update it — for example after a municipal renumbering. An accurate address is what gate staff search for when your visitors arrive, so keep it exact, including the unit number for condos and multi-unit buildings.
Whether the property is occupied or vacant. If you'll be away for an extended period, set the vacancy start and end dates so the community knows the property should be empty during that window.
Notes on your property are the place to share standing information with gate staff and property management — anything they should know when handling arrivals at your address. Keep them short and current; stale notes cause confusion at the gate.
(Who to call about a visitor, and in what order, is a separate list — see *Set Your Contact Priority List*.)
Edit controls appear only when your property role includes the right permission:
Your community can rename these roles or add custom ones, so the names may differ slightly.
