Using Your Wallet

The Wallet collects all of your personal entry credentials — QR codes, PIN codes, and the doors you can open — in one place, so you are never hunting for a code at the gate. This guide is for residents.

Opening Your Wallet

There are two ways in:

Either way, the Wallet opens as a drawer over the current screen, so you can glance at a code and get right back to what you were doing.

The Wallet only appears if your community uses QR codes, kiosk PIN codes, or app-openable doors. If your community uses none of these, you will not see a Wallet tab — that is expected.

Need Help?

If you expect to see codes or doors in your Wallet and they are missing, contact your community's management office — these features are enabled per community. For app problems, use the Contact Support form in the app.
